We are applying for a PMV subclass 300. I am Australian and live here, my partner is Pakistani and living in Lahore.
Everything is ready to submit, but I thought if he sent me everything I could submit it at the Immigration Office in Sydney. But today Im starting to think, HE needs to lodge it in Lahore??
"You must be outside Australia when you lodge your application and when the visa is granted. "
He is outside the country, but i missed the "when you lodge" so that means, he has to do it at an Australian Embassy outside Australia?
Can someone please help clarify, what difference does it make? I can't find any information about this.
Do i now need to send him all the info and he prepares the doc and submits there?
What would happen if he had a migration agent in Australia, wouldn't they still submit it here? Or do they also need to submit it from a foreign country.
