Hi,

I just wanted clarification on this point as a Sponser for my partners visa application.

"consent to us disclosing their convictions for relevant offences to the visa applicant(s)."

Very silly question but I can't seem to find where exactly/how to provide "consent". I have my National Police Check completed and already sent to me.

"If the sponsor does not provide this consent, the visa application will be refused" (this point scares me)

My question is, is there a letter I have to write or a form I have to complete so that I can give my "consent" in sharing my police check?

Any help would be appreciated,

Thank you

I just uploaded the front and back of my police cert.

If you're overly cautious, I suppose writing up a stat dec and attaching the police cert as an annexure would be fine.

Thank you

Thanks so much for your reply, I found out on the new 40SP Form there is a part that is the "consent". Regardless will write a declaration :)

I guess i'm just cautious, perhaps, overly cautious :p
