Me and my fiancee are applying for a pmv
On her medical check a small shadow on chest xray was noticed.
She independently went to her hometown hospital and had a ct scan done which was completely clear.
However the panel doctors asked her to do sputum cultures to rule out active tb
She was going to apply for a tourist visa in November to visit my famly from UK who are visiting Australia in November
Does anybody know if this ongoing medical tests will prevent her from applying for a visitor /tourist visa?

It will not stop her from applying, but it will stop her from being granted a visitor visa until the medical issue is resolved.

Be 100% sure to declare the purported condition in any application, even though immigration already know about it.

The 'vascular opacity' is more likely than not (depending on the venue) the outcome of a stuffed up x-ray.
