Hi all.
At the moment I am still holding 461 visa as the de facto partner of my ex. We separated early last year and soon after that I started a new relationship with an Australian citizen.
Now we are engaged and planning our wedding for March 2020 and lodge our 820 application around the same time.
My question will this raise any issue with the department? As I was told there's no need to inform immigrationw with my relationship breakdown and its legal for me to be on 461 even after I separated with my sponsor.
Will the fact that I was sponsored with 461 put me on the 5 year non-sponsor banned too?
