Evening,
I've got a family friend wanting to emigrate for good.
He's 33 single and is qualified in carpentry and joinery with a HNC diploma in construction along with other certificates. He also has a good amount in savings.
I was wondering what would be his best visa option? (His qualifications are on the list) I thought independant skilled visa would be best but need advice and opinions please ?
