hi Im new here and would like to ask a question.

I am planning to apply EOI and I do know I have to prepare such as English exam, skilled assessment and more but I would like to ask about medical examination.

How do I prepare the document in advance? Do I have to download some specific forms from Immigration website and bring it to the specific hospital/doctor?

By the way I am currently living in oversea (NZ).

Any advice would be appreciated.

You can complete My Health Declarations on the DIBP website which will then generate the HAP ID and referral letter you would take to the panel doctor.

Keep in mind that the medical is only valid for 12 months, so if you do it too early you may have to do it again.

is that also valid 12 months?
