Not renowned for efficiency? I havent heard that specifically in regards to the Berlin office.
My wifes PMV was granted in about 7 weeks last year (through Berlin). To me, that was incredibly efficient.
However, every case is different. Processing times fluctuate all the time for a number of different reasons. And unfortunately its impossible to get a estimate on how long it will take. Do a search on here as there is a specific Berlin waiting time thread, although Im not sure how recent or currently active it is.
