I was applied for temporary working visa in Australia(476), Its been more than 60 days since I applied.. now I am thinking may be due to the self introduction part of PTE my visa is getting late because I spoke very very poorly(Blaber) in self introduction due to nervousness.. can anyone tell me that self introduction part of PTE can increase the visa processing time..

As long as your English Test result was at the required level, then your Self Introduction part shouldn't affect your visa application.

According to the Global Processing Times website, 90% of 476 applications are processed within four months.
