My occupation is System Administrator - 262113 with 75 points.

I have applied for NSW 190 Subclass on March 17th 2018, and was last updated on May 22nd 2018. As per the latest update, NSW Stream 2 has been closed for new FY 2018-2019.

Could you please let me know if there is any chance to get the invitation, as I have applied prior to the update on closure of the Stream 2 and I fall under FY 2017-2018.

Is they any chance that Stream 2 will get re-open soon? Can we have a positive hope on this?

Also, my spouse has applied for System Analyst job (261112) as the main applicant. Can she claim 5 points for my occupation (System Administrator), which is not available now?

Did you apply NSW or Victoria ?
Both States are not listing your occupation in the Priority Skilled Occupation List.
Systems Administrator 262113 STSOL 190, 407, 489 (S/T), TSS (S) ACS

I suggest to check which state is listing your occupation, and apply your EOI on that one. Go to their official website such as

262113 is not on their priority skill occupation list.
I got 75 with a priority occupation in NSW(263111)and still not invited since 3 weeks.
Maybe you have to go higher than 75....

I have applied as a System Analyst and my partner job code as System Administrator. Do I get the 5 points for partner?

Ok, skilled partner is System Administrator 262113! i miss understood.
yes you should get 5 points based on the home affairs combined list
Systems Administrator 262113 STSOL 190, 407, 489 (S/T), TSS (S) ACS

As a main applicant, 261112 is on the Priority list for NSW and VIC.
Adding 5 points of your skilled partner you will be in good shape .80 points.

I am adding skilled partner once assessment is finished. i will be 80 as well.
Let me know if you got any luck by invitation. Am waiting as well. We need experts to answer why still no invitation while the Occupation on the priority list of the state and having 75 points.

not at all. but your chances will be much higher if you have 20 points.
For VIC, minimum band 7 in ielts (or equivalent exam) in all categories.
