So I received my ETA back on December 10th. I really want to head to Australia again and stay there for past that. But I know that it would expire if I was to stay any longer. My question is, could I buy a new one right now? Giving me another 12 months to be able to use it, or would I be able to renew it there and still be fine? Also, if I was apply for a W&H visa while having this, would I still be able to get that visa? I'm sorry for all the questions, lol. But I appreciate all the help! Thank you so much

From my understanding you can technically arrive on the 10th of Dec and stay the three months. Someone else might be able to help more, i don't know anything about WHV but I think they need to be applied for offshore. I also think an ETA can only be applied offshore, but not positive on this.

Have a look at your visa conditions (you can check them on VEVO also).

If it's multiple entry with a maximum stay of x amount upon each entry then as long as you enter before the "must not arrive after" date then you will still get that maximum stay period (even if it goes past the 12 months).

As far as I'm aware, you can't apply for an ETA onshore but you can apply for a Visitor Visa subclass 600 onshore.

Work and Holiday visa (subclass 462), you must be outside Australia to apply for your first one (second W&H visa can be applied for onshore).
