no idea what you talking about
need to extend my visitor visa while am waiting for the subclass 300 answer is it possible
A 300 cannot be granted to an applicant who is onshore, however I know of cases where the delegate failed to check the wherabouts of an applicant and improperly granted a 300 to an applicant who was onshore - and blamed the RMA. Too bad - a visa grant is a visa grant, and to cancel a visa they need grounds. It might pay you to consult one of the RMAs who posts on this forum for advice about strategy.

Best of luck with whatever you do.
You can see here the government aren't asking 300 applicants to be offshore when granting visa

That Covid related concession could come to an end at any time, so probably best not to totally rely on it.

The COVID-19 concession period started on 1 February 2020 and is a temporary arrangement. Check back here for updates about when the concession period will end.
