Well they know already am here and even the embassy in charge of my case called me and they are aware that am here they didnot tell me to go out of Australia or something like that and my visitor visa dont have no further stay conditionA 300 cannot be granted to an applicant who is onshore, however I know of cases where the delegate failed to check the wherabouts of an applicant and improperly granted a 300 to an applicant who was onshore - and blamed the RMA. Too bad - a visa grant is a visa grant, and to cancel a visa they need grounds. It might pay you to consult one of the RMAs who posts on this forum for advice about strategy.
