Hi everyone. I was offered a one year business tourist visa in 2016 (3 months for each visit) validating since February 2016. I was married at the time I applied for the visa. I got divorced 5 days before I arrived Australia. I changed my marital status when I was in Australia. I got married with an Aussie man 5 months after the divorced. When I came back Vietnam, my visa was cancelled in September 2016. The visa cancellation states that I was not in Australia for genius reason. I have not applied for a spouse visa as I thought that I have a re entry ban (18months from the visa cancellation). Do I suffer from a re entry ban? Is it a 3 year ban? Could you please give me advice that I should apply for a spouse visa now? Thanks
