Hi all,

I've received an invitation from WA for 190 visa. However, I've just finished my bachelor of nursing in melbourne so I haven't got any working experience or job offer yet.

I don't know why I got this invitation as I didn't mention in my EOI that I has any working experience. Besides, I also have a master of public health degree at La Trobe (Melboune), can my working experience requirement be waived?

My question is can I still accept the invitation without providing the working experience?

Work experience is not a criterion for 190 visas.

Thanks, but from the WA website, the working experience is required. It can only be waived if i got a master degree in WA. However, I got a master degree in public health in VIC (not sure if it's related to nursing) so I don't know if it can be used instead.

WA do not make the regulations. If you have an invitation, I suggest you use it, provided you meet the points and other visa criteria.
