hello friends.
I have applied for Convention Refugee or as a Humanitarian-Protected Person Abroad for canada from australia on paper with this website xxx.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/conref.asp
1 months later i received ineligible for express entry letter with all my papers i sent and IMM files had some number on them . it was like "-e800-d234" or something with letters and numbers
letter said "you are currently ineligible for express entry"
i did not even applied for express entry. I applied for "refugee - outside of canada (refugee)"
i learned that it was not a refusal of visa but refusal to apply for PR visa via express entry
will this affect my future visa application in australia as visa refusal does ? will they be able to see my application ?
i want to change my student visa but scared that they will think i am not a genuine student but running for PR of australia
