If I arrived in Australia with touris visa then I applied for the refugee visa, please can anyone explain what kind of visa they will give me and can i work or study (english classes) or university.
If I cann't work they will give me a welfare or just live from your own money if you have.

The thing is, you do need to have grounds for claiming refugee status and if you have a look at the UNHCR refugee numbers about the planet and the conditions they live under, I do not think you will find too many of them have the money to get a flight somewhere as a tourist.
The record for tourists claiming refugee status is from what I can gather near 100% rejection and rightly so when there are millions are of refugees in UNHCR centres.
And do not expect any free handouts either for why should Australian taxpayers provide welfare for people trying to work the system in their favour?

The UNHCR have refugee centres in many countries around the planet and Australia has always had a policy of supporting the UNHCR in resettling refugees.
Currently there are also many people using illegal people smuggling activities and that is discouraged for not only does it place lives at risk it also undermines the more structured approach of supporting those in need.
Asylum seekers using people smugglers can find themselves helf in detention centres for lengthy periods while their situation is proven or not.
People arriving in Australia, using a visa will also have to prove their case and whilst they may not be held in detention if they can show means of support, without it they could be held in detention.
If having support and even the fact that you have a passport and have been able to get a visa will straight away cast doubt on the validity of a claim and a few of the first questions to be faced would be if you are truly at risk in Qatar, what is the risk, what is the government position there and why come all the way to Australia rather than seek safety in an adjacent country where there may be UNHCR refugee centres.

The first thing you will need to do is gain entry and if that has occurred and you submit a claim for asylum, you will at some stage have a chance to put your case.
If successful, you could get a Protection Visa
If not successful you will be requested to arrange your departure or be deported.
