Hello,

I have done 2+ years study in an university in Adelaide then I transferred all credits to a New Zealand university and finished my degree there.

Does this qualify for the 5 points of "Regional Australia - Study"?

No, it doesn't. If you did get your qualifications in Australia then the study here won't count.
