As part of my wife's Partner Visa Immi have request more information
Specifically they have asked for Statutory Declarations from our former partners.
However I have had very little contact with my X over the past 16 years and my wife's ex is a control freak and unlikely to oblige her request.
What options have we got here .. must I really contact an ex from 16 years ago and what should we do when my wife's ex inevitably refuses to provide a statutory declaration.
