Hi There,

I had a resident return visa (valid for 5 years) which expired in March this year. However I did not realize and subsequently have left and returned to Australia twice since this point without any problems or issues with immigration. I now want to visit my Son in LA, and have realized the resident return visa is no longer valid. What should I do? If I decide to just risk it again what would be the worst case scenario? Would they refuse to let me back in the country?
What is required for me to renew the RR visa that expired in March is it quite a simple process?

Thanks and look forward to hearing all your thoughts :)

Don't think I would risk it.

Seems they can refuse to let you back in country.

Resident Return Visas, Australian Declaratory visas (subclasses 155, 157, 159) 1 working day process time.
