My PR (190 subclass) was granted in 2014 January and is expiring next January. I have stayed only less than 6 months during this period. Due to my commitment at work - I would like to apply for one year RRV. We own a house in Australia which is currently being rented out. Would that be considered as a significant personal/business tie when I apply for RRV? Can someone kindly recommend an immigration agent who is experienced in dealing with such cases.
