Hi,

re: SC300 - PMV application - adding dependent child over 18 y/o but not yet turned 23 y/o.

The DIBP site states an eligible child can be...

"over 18 years of age but not yet turned 23, and be dependent on you or your partner"

Is it at time of lodging visa application or at time of grant with regard to the child's age?

To me it would seem unreasonable if it were 'at time of grant' because there is no set date when a visa will be granted. Meaning the child could turn 23 by the time the visa is granted, yet had been 22 at time of application. Any info welcome.
