I got my permanent resident visa because of my parents. i am a dependent child, my mum is the primary visa holder. so, bisically im holding a partner visa and my sponsor is my dad.. is it possible for me to sponsor a fiance visa for my fiance? i am 24 years old and only got my pr visa last oct.

From what you say, you are not a holder of a partner visa yourself.

I see no reason why you can't sponsor a Prospective Marriage Visa 300. https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/trav/visa-1/300-

Using a migration agent might be an option if you are unsure.

There is a sponsorship limitation but I'm not sure if it applies to your situation since you were the dependent child on your mother's application. If you speak with a registered migration agent, they will be able to confirm how this may apply (or not) to you.
