Can anyone help me I want to know that I charged basic assault but case is in court....
Can I file the application for citizenship or wait for results or I can file and appear in the examination but not getting citizenship until case finished....

Nothing stops you applying if you are eligible, just ensure you answer all the questions on the form truthfully.

Although nothing stops you applying, a crimi am record won't work in your favour..
