Hi Guys,
I have applied for a 175 Visa. DIAC has asked me for a separation agreement document. I have been living separately from my wife for last 1.5 years but she has refused to sign any document for me. If you have faced similar situation, please let me know your suggestions. I am trying to file for a divorce but we both are in different countries right now.
Now question is what document should I provide to DIAC.
