Hello sir/madam,


I am in my final semester of Mechanical engineering in the university of sunderland in malaysia (Acknowledged by the Australian immigration as far as i know).

I am hesitated between submitting my dissertation and getting a degree with honors, and graduating without the dissertation and getting a general degree without honors.

My decision will soley depend on the difference between both certificates to the Australian Immigration system.

Taking an honours year might assist with an application for an engineering pre-migration skills assesment, but will not gain better recognition with Australian immigration.

So a general degree and a degree with honors all has the same points to aid my skilled migration (180/190) points stream
