Fellow Members - Greeting !!

I am an MBA in Finance and Marketing, employed, below 40, my spouse also has Masters degree, 2 kids (8 and 4).

I am planning for PR to Australia for myself and my family. Have read material on web and I am all the more confused now, Accountant (General) is on the required Professional list, but I could not find corresponding 189 visa link on immi account while initiating an application.

I understand that I have to wait for an invitation from Immigration Authorities.

I have also enrolled for CPA Australia.

Can someone assist on the way forward on how it (immigration process/possible timelines) works, or if someone can guide me to Immigration Lawyer or Agency.

Comments/suggestions, would be greatly appreciated. Thanks:)

You need to lodge an EOI and wait for an invitation before the link to apply for the visa would appear. Before lodging an EOI, you need to have your skills assessment completed as well as your English test.

Be aware that due to an incredibly high number of aspiring applicants for Accountant vs. a limited number of applications, you will need to be able to claim at least 75 points if not 80 in order to receive an invitation.

You may be well off to consult a registered migration agent for some guidance. There are several reputable agents who post regularly on this forum: https://www.australiaforum.com/visas-immigration/252474-registered-migration-agents.html

Its always a good idea to provide as much as information you can.
Upload color, its clear and better.
processing time vary depending upon application, would take about 4 weeks approx.
