Hi esteemed member i am utterly confused about thi.
Visa application was made in
Visa was granted quickly due to compassionate reasons at the time.
I arrived Australia.
Now fast forward to now, I haven't received any request from immigration on the.I am worried as regards to the delay

Hi esteemed member i am utterly confused about this.
I am currently on 309 granted on The 11 May 2016.
Visa application was made in April 2016(paper application from Nigeria)
Visa was granted quickly due to compassionate reasons at the time.
I arrived Australia on the 6th of June 2016 and haven't left Oz ever since.
Now fast forward to now, I haven't received any request from immigration on the next phase (100) and it's more than 24months.I am worried as regards to the delay
My partner and I have been blessed with two lovely kids and we are still together.

You dont need a notification, you just lodge the next stage. That could have been done from April 2018.

We didn't get the notification either. But we did read that they had stopped doing the notifications.

They have restarted recently, but not for everyone.

Am so shaken right now

Step 5 says you can still apply online if you know your application ID. If you don't know it, you should get in contact with immigration and get it so you can upload your documents as soon as possible. I do not believe they take paper applications anymore.

Don't panic. I have heard of others not doing stage 2 until a year after they could.

But still best to do it as soon as you can.
