I just wanted to take a moment to express how important it is to do everything correct!! I have secured the services of a migration agent/lawyer and it is money well spent! They told us how to go about getting things done in a timely manner plus gave us a list of things to get accomplished before submitting. An agent is worth his or her weight in gold when it comes to navigating you through the whole process. I understand some can not afford one but trust me when I tell you it really is worth every penny! I am not saying it can not be done on your own, but there are many areas most dont think of or miss that could make or break an application...... please, for your futures sake dont skip the agent just to save a bit of money!
