South Australia Subclass 190 Visa allocation exhausted
I saw this post South Australia’s Skilled Nominated (Subclass 190) visa allocation on SA immigration web site. I received an invitation and lodged my visa application in Mar 2023. Is my application affected by this? It's not clear whether nomination or visa issuance is halted.
If my application is impacted and decided not to withdraw, would I have to wait until 2024 for my application to be processed?
Appreciate any advices.

Applicants who are assessed as eligible for a Subclass 190 nomination will receive this nomination in the upcoming program year.
The next program year is 2023-24, which starts in July 2023, which is just over 1 month away.
