Hi.
My partner just fill up her 47sp on the online for 820 and paid $7000. After 10 hours, it submitted but didn't require attach documents yet. So I use her TRN and started to fill up my 40sp. When I input all my details and push next button, the error allert turn up and said the related application details provided cannot verified, check the details and amend if necessary. I checked my passport number, name, DOB, address...but cannot find anything wrong. Should I ring DEP. Or wait few more days?

Did she pay by BPAY?

If she's not able to attach documents and you're getting that error on the sponsor form then it means the payment hasn't been processed yet. Usually this happens with BPAY payments which take a few days to clear, but there was another thread today or yesterday that had this issue and it was a PayPal payment.

If she paid by BPAY wait until the payment has cleared and she has received the acknowledgement email. If she paid by card or PayPal give it 24 hours, again she should receive an acknowledgement email and then you should be able to fill out the sponsor form.
