Sponsor app for pmv

Hi,

My fiance has applied for pmv and uploaded her documents. I have completed my sponsor application (40sp) in my own account and linked our app with her trn number.

Once i finished my application in my account, it says my application has been submitted to the department and when i go into attach documents, it says

"This applicant is not required to provide any evidence at this stage based on the information provided within the application. However the department may request further information from this applicant at a later date."

I am confused here. Where should i upload my documents? Should i do it in her account or await the dept to ask me ?

Why am i getting this message ? Is our accounts not linked yet ?
