What evidence is required to support the sp40 form about employment or income? Payslips, bank statements or yearly tax summaries are required?Technically, for the last year I have been helping a family member with his startup unpaid (for a share in profits, once projects complete) in between travelling. i currently support myself from savings. Would it be better to be added to the company as a director and use company financials to support application? Or should I get a part time job to furfill requirements?

There is no such form.

Forms 40, 40SP and 40CH are referred to collectively as form 40. Which form is being used and what subclass of application is being made?

Sorry must have been an old link but once i clicked it did say Form 40. Its evidence for a PMV. Thank you for your reply.

As a rule the type of evidence you mentioned is not required.

It is possible that some form of 'financial evidence' might strengthen your PMV application. If your matter proceeds to a permanent residence application you will need such evidence, so it is a good idea to take some advice about how to prepare it
