Hi,I've read different opinions and we need to get things ready before submitting the application.Does the sponsor has to put his travel history for the past 10 years on the application online??
Thanks

Yes, the question is:”has the sponsor visited any countries in the past 10 years”.

So just to make sure, has he has to say the dates of each place he has visited?
Yes, countries and dates. For multiple short trips within the EU you may want to add a separate statement, unless it's only a few of them and you have the exact dates.

He has been travelling through Europe twice so he has a lot of countries and dates would be difficult to recall:/

Imagine if you were airline crew! They also get discount flights so can not even use 10 years worth of rosters if they have them or access to them.

Damn first World problems!

And no borders or passport stamps.

Main issue is if you have stayed somewhere for more than 12 months, as a police certificate may be required.

Other than that, as far as the EU is concerned, I'd provide a separate statement with an indication of dates and places visited.
