Hello! My uncle lives in Dubbo since 1973 and will be my sponsor.
I'm from Argentina, I have 36 years of age.
I am a professional librarian, librarian educational institutions and primary school teacher.
My profession is listed CSOL.
I can apply for 489 visa to sponsor family?
I can apply for 190 visa?
Work experience must be post graduation to score points?

I would like your guidance, please
Thank you very much,
Sincerely, Lily

Hi Lily - I saw you ask this exact same question on another forum and they've already responded really thoroughly to you. Of course you're welcome to post it here as well, but as they already gave you accurate answers I don't think you'll get different ones here.

The answers to your questions were and still are:

No, you cannot apply for a family sponsored 489 visa as your occupation is only on the CSOL.

To see if you can apply for the 190 visa, you need to Google "NSW state sponsor list" to see if your occupation is there. If it is not there, you cannot apply for the 190 for NSW.

Primary school teachers are not in demand in most of Australia - there are far too many unemployed graduates for the government to allow immigrants in those professions to come. The same is true for librarians - so getting a job would be extremely hard (and you will have to move to the job, not move somewhere and look for a job) .
