hello,
Thanks for this forum , yet another question I am looking to find answer for.
My Spouse is secondary applicant (I am not claiming any points for her). Instead of IELTS I have read that other proofs can be provided . She has a doctorate and a masters degree . Shall I get a letter from the PI when she did her Phd to say that medium was english (for phd there are no classes though) or shall I go to her university and get a letter for medium of instruction instead ?
Is this proof required at the time of lodging the application or can be porvided later also ? Further do I need them at EOI state (I don't believe that is the case just confirming) .
