Hi all,

My wife had applied for an offshore partner visa on 12 Mar 2018. We have uploaded all required documents. She even completed a medical checkup as requested. The current processing time shown on the portal is about 14-16 months. A month before it showed 24-26 months. Is this normal?

I've heard spouses receiving in just 5-6 months. Can we speed this up if we go through a MARA agent?

Any suggestions/recommendations will be much appreciated.

I applied 309 visa from India in May 2016. Still waiting no correspondence with immi.

Just a quick question - Does my wife need to apply for an Australian Federal Police check given the fact that she has never been to Australia?

you just applied in march but we all know that processing time is really long so i guess just at least expect a year if it grant early then grateful.
