Hi, I am in the process of lodging the 309/100 visa for my spouse. I am stuck on filling out the form 888 - Statutory declaration by a supporting witness.

I was wondering if a declaration from the following people is possible

1) An Australian citizen who is indefinitely residing outside Australia
2) Immediate family members who are citizens of Australia
