Stage 2 - Permanent Partner Visa(100, 801)

Hi,

I am currently on my temporary partner visa and waiting for my permanent partner visa to be granted. I applied for my stage 1 in Dec 2018 and now I’m waiting for my stage 2 to be reviewed, It says in my application that the whole process is about 13 months to 21 months and my application has been more than 21 months... It was november 2020 when I received a letter saying I can apply for stage 2. When will I expect for my visa to be reviewed by a case officer?

Did you upload everything required, including the sponsors declaration?

Some people, those that upload everything required, never hear anything other than getting the grant.

In March the average grant time was under 12 months, but some recent ones have been 2, 3, 5 and 17 months.

Hello everyone.
Let me please ask the question. For 801 visa, will it be enough to attach sponsor’s documents (statutory declaration and passport / driver licence) with applicant’s documents all together or does a sponsor have to submit his documents via his own account?
