I received my provisional visa in 2012. I have now tried to apply for my stage 2 visa 100 online. I am only able to complete until page 4 of 21 as an error appears thereafter that I cannot proceed with the application. It reads "the related application details cannot be verified. Check the details and amend accordingly."
I have checked all my details and it is correct. I have also requested assistance on the help services but I have not received any response. It has been 2 weeks now.
I am getting nervous now.
Please assist as this is urgent.

You say you received your provisional visa in 2012. That is 10 or 11 years ago.

Are you sure of that date?
When did you apply for the 309 visa?

Yes I received the visa in 2012. That is the time I applied for it. My 2 daughters are included in the visa.

I would suggest first checking your visa status in VEVO to confirm you are on the 309.

I've heard of some applicants being reminded after 12 months to do the 2nd stage application, and being given a certain time to finalise it.

No I did not get any requests. My visa is valis til 2034

None of this makes any sense. You should have applied for the 2nd stage two years since the original partner visa application.

I was not aware of this, thus I did not. But I am trying now since I want to relocate in June 2023. My 309 visa is valid until 2034 and I did not apply for 100. I urgently need it.

Maybe you haven’t updated your passport details? I would assume you had to change it in the last 10 years. Maybe your current 309 is still attached to the old passport?

I have updated my passport details as well as that of my children. I also updated my marraige. When I log into my immi account it reads with my marred name. My VEVO shows new passport details.

I think it doesn’t let you through because you put your married name, not maiden. Your 309 is under your maiden name, same should be for a 100. I’m guessing

Thank you for replying. I did try maiden name and old passport details also maiden name wnd new passort number but to no avail.
I appreciate you assisting. please lets keep trying to think of altrenatives

@sohana I think because you way past the 2 years time frame you should have applied for the 100, the details are not available through Immi... I would suggest to call DOHA and ask for advise. Maybe you will have to submit a paper application?

Two years after your initial partner visa application, you ought to have applied for the second stage.
