I am a tasmania graduate and all set to apply 489 state sponsorship.
1) If i get invitation to apply when i am in Australia (tasmania), can I go back to my home and apply for visa.
2) My family members are not in Australia, can I include them in my visa application if i apply from Tasmania
3) If i apply from tasmania, can i travel to home country for 6/7 months by BVB? Means what can be the highest duration for BVB?
4) My student visa is up to 30th October 2018, can I travel to /from Australia if my convocation or all purpose finish?

You can include them in your 489 application. Yes you can go home on a BVB. Generally a BVB has three months travel rights. But you can get longer if you set out your reasons for wanting a longer period.

1)After receive an invitation onshore (tasmania) , can i go back to my home country (Bangladesh) & apply for visa.
2) if i apply from tasmania, can i stay /work in sydney/Melbourne while the visa is processing.
