Hello,

I've read of people getting nominations by more than one state, perhaps changing minds on location but it would be a good idea for you to research diferent states re work opportunities and life style to be sought.

I've also seen a reference that some states may have in their nomination advice restrictions as to multiple applications [ I have not checked myself ].
But do bear in mind that state government offices are nowhere as manned as the immigration department and the times for nomination have probably grown because of a surge re nomination applications, some states now charging fees and I would not be surprised if all do it if they have not already.

Increasing the number of nomination applications will only continue the lengthening of processing times.
