There are 3 step when apply for RSMS
1. Advice of RCB
2. Nomination Application
3. Visa application

My employer already gave me TRN and told me they send my RCB 30/01
I assume that's mean they have done my nomination and my RCB is pending
As i don't have 3 years experience in my nominated occupation. i am hoping to lodge it before March.

I am just wondering should i apply my 187 now? or i need to wait till receive RCB or even end of February.

1)You should not lodge a visa application based on assumptions. If the nomination had actually been lodged , you can lodge the visa application anytime within the validity period of the nomination ( if it is approved). If the nomination is refused, the visa application cannot proceed and you will lose the application fee.
2)You should not lodge the visa application unless you can meet all the “ time of application” criteria. If you rely on additional work experience, then you should not lodge your application until you actually have the required work experience.
