Hi all,

Does any of you know what happens if a PhD student (on a student visa) has to move to another Australian university because their supervisor is moving? I think this should be allowed (same type of postgraduate research study, just different university), but do you know more about the formal process?

Have you consulted whoever managed your current visa application and/or your academic institution?

I'm not the student in question but the supervisor who would be moving.. I'm currently trying to understand the situation / issues involved, and was wondering if anyone had some advice here
