Student visa to partner visa

Hi everyone! I’m currently on a student visa and will be applying for a partner visa next month, my course is due to finish in 4 weeks and Issues I’m having with college means there is a high chance they will fail me! My student visa expires in June. My question is if they fail me will the visa be cancelled or do I still have till June, I’m worried if I apply for the partner visa and then my student visa gets cancelled my bridging visa won’t work!

Any advice would be great!
Thanks

I believe your Student visa is not just cancelled. Your training provider would need to cancel your enrolment and notify immigration. I then think immigration contact you and ask something like give reason/s why your Student Visa should not be cancelled.

My guess is the time frame is in your favour and the Student Visa will expire - you would then have your Bridging Visa A in effect.
I agree with AMP, but it is best to make contingency plans anyway, just in case...
