I believe you still need to do a medical examination when applying for a student visa and you are pregnant so you can't do that until you give birth

Hi everyone!I am an italian chitizen and i've been to australia many times, the last time was for a year with a tourist visa. Icame back from australia just 2 month ago, I'm 5 pregnant now and my partner is a permanent resident in australia. So, I would like to go to australia as soon as possible, but after applyng for a eVisitor visa i get the bad news of my visa getting refused just Yesterday and now i?m looking for answer and solution, to be with my partner as soon as i can, he cannot leave cause he have 2 kids in australia. So my question is, will i be able to apply for a student visa while pregnant and after been refused a tourist visa?
