Hi, I would like to check currently I am holding a student visa and accidentally pregnant just for one month.
My concern is my student visa will be reject from the college? Also when give birth in australia, can write the father name in the birth certificate? Due to the man was under PR and already married. Any legal issue we will be facing? As he will support all the cost.
And the baby under australia citizen?

You'd need to speak with the school regarding how they may treat your absence when you give birth.

I'm not sure the legalities in Australia, but I assume if the father is admitting they are indeed the father, then their name would be shown on the birth certificate. Whether you can include their name without his consent I don't know. If he does admit to being the father and I assume once his name is on the birth certificate, the baby would be recognized as an Australian citizen.
