Hi there
I am the main applicant of a student visa 500 for PhD in Australia. My wife was included on my visa application as a dependent. She has 8201 condition on her visa which prohibits her from studying for more than three months (13 weeks) during her stay in Australia.
She wants to do a TAFE course to get a job here for support of family. However, the TAFE course that she wants to enrol in is 15 weeks long as stated by the training institute. Is there a way that she can take this course on her existing visa without breaching its conditions? If not, what can be the easiest legal way for her to enrol and complete this course?
Your response will be highly appreciated.
Regards
