Hello,

Can someone please confirm if it is true that:

1. There is currently a temp pause for new skilled sub class 190 applications?
2. ICT Business Analyst is removed from the main SOL or SOL of the major popular states?

I am about to begin the process and will be sending documents to the ACS for assessment. Any suggestions to help will be appreciated.

Many Thanks.

I couldn't find it on the DIAC website. Where did u get the info from?
Yes that is surprising. I got the info from the office of an MARA registered consultant here. He was talking specifically in context of state sponsorship of BA professionals.

Is there any SOL sub-list for each state where we can see occupations sponsored by each state in Australia?
Thanks.

According to this link: Professionals and other Skilled Migrants - Workers - Visas & Immigration the 190 visa is still accepting applications. Maybe your consultant said so because the occupation has been removed from the SOL? It would seem funny if the applications closed now, because as far as I know it was only in July when they opened them

By new applications, do you mean for the actual visa (people who have got an invitation but have not lodged the application), or people who have not yet lodged an EOI?

As for the SOL for each state, here they are :) =
