Hi ? I need some advice please.
My husband came here over 2yrs 3mths ago. His visa lasped. He applied for 820 partner/visa. And Was granted the visa and the working right visa. And has Medicare. We have been marrIed now for 2yrs now. (We married twice to one another). We have been working hard to live and pay for the lawyer . Travelling back and fourth to each other (his work is city my work country) we have lived very normal happily with the life we have chosen with one another Now our case is ready to be heard in a hearing next week (for all days ?’s day). We have summitted all our documents/photos with timelines for evidence. Prof from Centrelink ect of our marriage. I’ve received letter from my gp concerning my health. Which is poor.

Our question is what is the likely hood of our case.
