Hello everybody,
I'm new here and I hope someone can give me some advice here. I'm here in Germany and got a Bachelor degree in Hotel Management. Now I have a Sponsor near Brisbane which would Sponsor me as a Restaurant Manager.
I got my Bachelor degree in 1990 and have since then worked in different Restaurants all over the world. Now I would like to Know if he can sponsor me under a sub.121 as a Restaurant Manager and also if I need to get my Degree here from Germany assesset from that Vetassess? Is that mandatory for me? I have around 15 References from all the Places I have been working.
And another question is the IELTS English Test. I have no problem doing the Test but my husband can't read or write in English. He is very well in speaking and understanding it. Will that be enough for the Testscore of 4,5??? What happen if he fail the Test?
Hope to get some advice here!!!
Thank you.

Your first problem Claudia is that Restaurant Manager is not on the ENSOL, the list of occupations that employers can sponsor for.

If your husband cannot read or write in english I'd expect he would have difficulty in scoring an average 4.5 on just listening and speaking so it would mean that a secondary payment would be needed.
