Could someone advise what the expected timelines would be for a 309 online application from Dubai now that the processing office has moved to Lebanon?

Hi Eh,

I have seen the global processing times published. However, a close friend of mine who was also living in Dubai, processed his application which was approved in 7 weeks. But this was prior to the processing office moving to Lebanon from Dubai and he did a paper-based application, not online.

I was asking to see if anyone has had any experience with the Lebanon processing office in terms of time lines. I am a dual passport holder (UK and South Africa), my wife and son are Australian if this makes any difference.

I think it’s just luck of th draw, to be honest. We did ours in Canada and it was processed there and we had it in 5 weeks while others waited 7 months.

I don’t know what it depends on or how it’s done. Sorry, man.
